January 2007 marks the start of something significant in the life of young Kiwis.
Right in amongst all the action will be people like you, who are prepared to extend a little love by serving behind the scenes to make the festival happen.
All teams have a meeting on arrival and a daily team meeting.
Stewards and Village Hosts are expected to arrive the day before the event begins. Team members will report to a team leader.
CAFE TEAMS
Teams are involved in the day to day running of the cafés, befriending and getting alongside the delegates and are official guardians of the best coffee on site!
Team must be 16 +

DETACHED
The team is involved in finding and befriending those on the fringes of the event and giving them opportunities to feel included.
Team must be 18 +

VILLAGE HOSTS
Village Hosts oversee the village they are assigned to (approx 50 young people), providing a vital link between the young people on site and the teams that manage the site. It helps to have spare tent pegs, a BBQ, and chocolate for distressed campers.

GROUP LEADERS
Work within an assigned village, liaising closely with the village hosts. Group Leaders are responsible for befriending and supporting approximately ten young people during the festival. Must be a good listener, have a sense of humour and be prepared for some late nights.

STEWARDS
A vital team providing 24 hour security and safety throughout the event. Stewards help set up and pack down the events, working on a shift rota. Some physical fitness is required, as well as a sense of humour and enjoyment in relating to young people.

ENABLING
The enabling team coach and encourage ministry times in main meetings and some seminars. You should have experience in ministry and be able to show wisdom and discernment in coaching others to pray.
